I’m excited to announce a new offering: ADHD and Neurodiversity Advocacy and Coaching services. Currently still planning and plotting, so keep checking in for updates. Here’s what I can tell you so far…
As of 2023, approximately 15.5 million (6%) U.S. adults have a current ADHD diagnosis, with over half (~55.9%) first diagnosed in adulthood, highlighting a massive surge in late diagnoses. Women are particularly likely to receive a late diagnosis, with 61% diagnosed in adulthood compared to 40% of men (CDC 2024)
With the increase in late diagnosis in ADHD/Learning Disabilities (neurodivergent), this often means that when adults find out, they have already aged out of the programs mostly offered in public schools and higher education. Learning you have ADHD and/or another neurodivergent condition can come with many emotions of all kinds. And then there is a question, “Now what?”
No two cases of ADHD/Neurodivergency are the same, which also means each needs a unique approach to support. You must work with your team of healthcare providers, but what about in life? How do you navigate work, home, relationships, or life in general? That’s where I will come in. Using my unique combination of experiences and background, I help you understand your brain and build a life that works with it, not against it.
My offerings will include:
1:1 coaching
group support
workshops /s peaking
Key themes:
burnout cycle
executive function support
workplace ADHD
parenting with ADHD / neurodivergent kids
Navigating the school systems in the special education process
